The Minor in Urban Studies explores cities and urban processes from multiple disciplinary perspectives, including African American Studies, American Studies, Anthropology, Asian American Studies, Chicana/o Studies, Geography, History, Political Science, Public Health and Sociology. A complex combination of opportunities and challenges characterizes cities and urban regions in the 21st century.
