EGCE 526 - Advanced Topics in Structural Steel Design (3)

Analyze and design structural steel members for seismic loading and structural stability. Advanced design topics include composite construction, plate girders, plastic analysis, connections and ductile lateral force resisting systems. Use contemporary computer software, building codes and design specifications.

Prerequisite: EGCE 326 .
