ANTH 463 - Archaeofaunal Analysis (3) Method, theory and lab work in analyses of archaeofaunal remains recovered from archaeological sites and reconstruction of prehistoric subsistence patterns and paleoenvironments based on faunal remains. Vertebrate skeletal identification, taphonomy, subsistence studies and quantification.
Prerequisite: ANTH 103 ; or graduate standing.
