MGMT 435 - Management of Service Organizations (3) Develop skills to successfully manage service businesses. Topics include managing service firms through integration with operations, strategy, marketing, technology and organizational issues. Provides theory, tools and experiential insight into how these aspects can be successfully used in a service-oriented business.
Prerequisites: Business Administration major - MGMT 339 ; International Business major - BUAD 301 ; or CBE (not pre-MBA) graduate standing.
400-level Undergraduate Course available for Graduate Credit
