HUSR 430 - Child Abuse and the Human Services (3)

Introduction to types and symptoms of abuse, assessment techniques, legal and ethical issues, family dynamics pertaining to children, adolescents and adults abused as children. Networking and referral, utilizing community resources and prevention.

Prerequisite: HUSR 201 .
