Supervised on-the-job training: minimum 120 hours per semester plus conferences with faculty sponsor. Application approved before enrollment. Written evaluation due at completion. Not open to students on academic notice. Consent of sponsor, supervisor, coordinator, and chair. May repeat once.Application forms must be completed and approved prior to enrollment. Requires consent of faculty advisor, internship site supervisor, department chair.
