Institutional characteristics of securities markets, security valuation, fundamental and technical analysis, modern portfolio theory and mean-variance analysis, capital asset pricing model, market efficiency, options, portfolio analysisand investment funds. Corequisite: FIN 321 ; Finance concentration major - ISDS 310 .
