ACCT 463 - Financial Controls for Entrepreneurs (3) Tools and frameworks to manage the financial aspects of small to medium businesses. Topics include cash flows, budgeting, internal controls, performance metrics, valuation, funding sources, corporate forms and legal regulations. May include casework, research and fieldwork with selected local businesses. No credit toward the following: B.A. Business Administration, Accounting concentration; M.S. Accountancy; M.S. Taxation.
Prerequisites: Business major - ACCT 201B , FIN 320 ; non-Business major - BUAD 210 ; or CBE graduate standing except Accountancy or Taxation.
400-level Undergraduate Course available for Graduate Credit
