BIOL 407 - Genes and Genomes (3)

Prerequisite: BIOL 303  or BIOL 309  with a “C” (2.0) or better or graduate standing. Evolutionary pattern and process at a molecular biology level, emphasizing applications in biology such as investigating genetic change within populations, estimating phylogenies, charting the evolution of gene families, and comparing the content and organization of genomes.
