CHIC 348 - Latina/o/x Psychology (3)

Major issues experienced by Latina/o/x communities from a psychological perspective to understand the Latina/o/x worldview. Immigration, ethnic identity, acculturation, the family context, cultural values bilingualism, language brokering, education, sexuality/gender, spirituality, Latinx LGBTQ+, health/well-being and alternative healing approaches.

Prerequisite: PSYC 101.
