EGCE 575 - Solid Waste Management, System Design and Sustainability (3)

Industrial waste treatment and disposal, waste minimization, process selection, control, green technologies and resource recovery. Design of liners, gas and leachtate collection and removal systems in landfills.

Prerequisite: EGCE 431 ; or Environmental Engineering graduate standing.
