BIOL 362 - Mammalian Physiology (4)


Fundamental mechanisms of mammalian and human physiology. Integration of cellular and organ system functions with emphasis on regulatory processes. For biology majors and related health sciences. (3 hours lecture, 3 hours laboratory).

Prerequisites: Biology majors: BIOL 251  and BIOL 253L , or BIOL 273 ; BIOL 252  and BIOL 254L , or BIOL 274 ; CHEM 120B . Biochemistry majors: BIOL 151  or BIOL 172 ; BIOL 251  or BIOL 273 ; CHEM 120B . All other majors: BIOL 151  or BIOL 172 ; BIOL 152  or BIOL 171  ; BIOL 251  and BIOL 253L , or BIOL 273 ; CHEM 120B . All prerequisites must be completed with a “C” (2.0) or better.
