CRJU 435 - Civil Disobedience and Social Justice (3)

Prerequisites: CRJU 300  and POSC 100 . The violation of law as protest. Definitions and types of disobedience and the policing and punishment of dissent. Analysis of protest as a strategy for social justice. (CRJU 435 and POSC 435 are the same course.)
