CPSC 589 - Seminar in Computer Science (3)

Prerequisite: one 400-level course in Computer Science and satisfaction of graduate writing requirement, declared major in CPSC, CPEN, or CPEI. Research methods in computer science. Student presentations covering current topics, research advances, updating of concepts and verifications of principles of computer science. (Examples: large-scale parallelism, Internet security, design for user interfaces, computers in instruction). May be repeated once for credit.
