COMM 499 - Independent Study (1-3)

Prerequisite: consent of department chair. Individually supervised mass media projects and research on campus and in the community. May involve newspaper and magazine publishers, radio and television stations, and public relations agencies. May be repeated for a maximum of 6 units, either separately or in combination with COMM 496.
