Prerequisites: BIOL 314 or BIOL 325 with a “C” (2.0) or better, or graduate standing. Adaptations, distributions and interactions of desert plants, animals and microbes, including the influences of environmental factors. (2 hours lecture, 6 hours laboratory of fieldwork; weekend field trips may be required)
