NURS 399 - Peer Mentoring for Nursing Student Success (3)

Facilitates overall development by augmenting leadership, relationship building, communication skills, cultural sensitivity and effective goal setting through the experience of mentoring student peers. Learn to convey skills of self-management, resource utilization and confidence to others. Requires minimum of one semester in the nursing program.

Prerequisite: junior or senior standing.
