MUS 484 - Performance Techniques for Opera (2)

Stage movement and characterization techniques for the classically trained singer. Style in performance with reference to arias and small scenes from standard operatic and music theatre literature. May be repeated for a maximum of 4 units. Requires audition. (1 hour lecture, 2 hours activity)

Corequisite: MUS 491, MUS 492, MUS 591, or MUS 592.

400-level Undergraduate Course available for Graduate Credit
