MGMT 461 - Entrepreneurial Management (3)

How to plan, organize and control new ventures. Setting up business-level strategy and corresponding systems to improve venture performance. Casework, research and fieldwork with selected local businesses.

Prerequisites: MGMT 339 for CBE undergraduate students; BUAD 210 for non-CBE undergraduate students; or CBE graduate standing (no pre-MBA).

400-level Undergraduate Course available for Graduate Credit
