MGMT 445 - Employment Law (3) Federal and state laws, and ethical issues affecting employment relationships and discrimination. Topics include the laws of agency and employees, independent contractors, the hiring process and procedures, wages, hours, benefits, termination of employment, OSHA and workers’ compensation.
Prerequisites: MGMT 340; BUAD 301A for International Business majors; or graduate standing.
