CHEM 311 - Nutrition and Disease (3) Relationship between nutrients and disease, with an emphasis on cancer, atherosclerosis and infectious illness. Dietary factors that modify and/or contribute to the disease process from the viewpoints of physiology, biochemistry and immunology. Not applicable to the major.
Prerequisite: BIOL 101 or CHEM 111 .
