Science and technology in the development of human culture, especially the interactions among science, technology and society in ancient Greece and China, medieval and Renaissance Europe, and Islam. (LBST 330 and HIST 330 are the same course).

Prerequisite: Completion of G.E. Category B.1 and B.2.
