Facilitates overall development by augmenting leadership, relationship building, communication skills, cultural sensitivity and effective goal setting through the experience of mentoring student peers. Learn to convey skills of self-management, resource utilization and confidence to others.

Prerequisite: Junior or senior standing; minimum of one semester in the nursing program.
