Political and legal analysis of constitutional rights and liberties under the Bill of Rights and 14th Amendment, with particular attention to speech, religion, firearms, criminal rights, privacy, and discrimination. (POSC 474 and CRJU 474 are the same course.)

Prerequisite: POSC 100 or graduate standing.
