HUSR 501 - Human Services History and Contemporary Issues (3)

Policies and programs in Human Services are examined in light of their historical evolution. Contributions of population subgroups to the development of the welfare state are examined as are the impact of policies and programs on such groups.

Prerequisite: Admission to the HUSR MS Program.
