GEOL 336 - GEO/BIO Field Investigations (3) Develop field-based skills used to observe landforms, infer geological processes and identify impacts on biotic properties. Apply knowledge to an inquiry-based challenge problem. Includes a mandatory six- to 10-day field trip plus expenses. (GEOL 336 and BIOL 336 are the same course.)
Prerequisite: GEOL 335 with a C (2.0) or better; or BIOL 274 or BIOL 252 and BIOL 254L with a C (2.0) or better.
