POSC 473 - Introduction to Constitutional Law (3) Role of the courts, presidency, Congress and the states within the U.S. constitutional system. Judicial review, presidential impoundment and impeachment, presidential foreign and military powers, regulation of the economy and public morals and congressional investigations.
Prerequisite: POSC 100 .
