HUSR 445 - Persons with Disabilities and Human Services Community Support Systems (3)

A diversity model approach to human service practice for persons with disabilities. Societal and professional stereotypes; disability culture; disability groupings; guidelines for practice with persons with disabilities; systems and community supports for persons with disabilities.

Prerequisite: HUSR 201 .
