CPSC 440 - Computer System Architecture (3)

Computer performance, price/performance, instruction set design and examples. Processor design, pipelining, memory hierarchy design and input/output subsystems.

Prerequisite: CPSC 240  junior or senior standing, declared major/minor in CPSC, CPEN, or CPEI; or graduate student in CPSC, CPEN, or CPEI.
