Normal physiology and anatomy, altered physiologic states and nursing management of selected pathophysiologic disorders and diseases. Core drug knowledge, pharmacotherapeutics, pharmacodynamics and pharmacokinetics. Drug classifications by categories affecting various body systems and disease states.

Prerequisite: admission to prelicensure pathway to the bachelor’s or master’s program in Nursing.
