HESC 342 - Stress Management (3) Nature of stress and physiological and psychological effects of prolonged stress responses. Short- and long-term somatic and behavioral techniques (exercise, relaxation, meditation, nutrition, time management and goal setting) for management of stress. One or more sections may be offered in any online format. (HESC 342 and KNES 342 are the same course.)
Prerequisite: non-freshman; completion of G.E. Category A.1 or A.2
