AMST 395 - California Cultures (3) How various cultures - Native American, European, Latino, Asian, African American - have interacted in California’s past and present. Topics include: cultural diversity in frontiers and borderlands; shifting meanings of gender; function of regional and racial myths. Some sections may be taught in any online format.
Prerequisite: completion of G.E. Category D.1.
