Examine and practice how communication behaviors intersect with constructing happiness and wellbeing. Intentional activities related to gratitude, optimism, integrity, forgiveness, coping, resilience, kindness, compassion, social connections, committing to goals, mindfulness and organizational wellbeing - intersecting with relational and organizational communication.

Prerequisite: 6 units in Human Communication Studies; or graduate standing.
