Individual research under supervision, reported in a thesis and defended successfully in an oral examination conducted by a faculty thesis committee. Requires classified status in the M.S. in Gerontology degree program, and consent of instructor and Program Coordinator.

Prerequisite: Gerontology graduate standing.
