POSC 423 - Diversity in Public Management (3) Issues in public employment related to gender, race and ethnicity, disability, veteran status, age, culture and other current topics. Focus on leadership, mentoring, recruitment and discrimination. Topics of current interest include representative bureaucracy, equity and intersectionality.
Prerequisite: POSC 320 or graduate standing
