MGMT 449 - Seminar in Strategic Management (3)

Integrative cases from top management viewpoint. Analyze the firm’s internal and external environment. Formulate strategic decisions to develop and sustain competitive advantage. Implement strategic decisions, organization design and control.

Prerequisites: BUAD 301 , all CBE core courses with a “C” (2.0) or better, not CBE pre-major; or graduate (not pre-MBA) standing. Accounting concentration and Joint Emphasis in Accounting and Information Systems students are exempt from ISDS 351.

400-level Undergraduate Course available for Graduate Credit
