KNES 450 - Program Design for Strength and Conditioning (3) Outcomes associated with different strength training regimens. Periodization and planned variation of the acute program variables of frequency, intensity, volume and rest across cycles of training to prevent overtraining and promote peak performance.
Prerequisites: KNES 351 ; junior or senior standing; or graduate standing.
