HIST 326 - Magic, Mysticism and Witchcraft in Early Modern Europe (3) Magical thinking in Europe from its medieval roots through the 17th century. The currents of magical thinking in elite and popular culture and its manifestations in Renaissance science and philosophy and in the witch craze.
Prerequisite: completion of GE Category C.2 or D.1 or HIST 110A or HIST 110B .
