PHIL 450 - Normative Theory and Public Affairs (3) The search for moral principles and other aspects of moral theory to govern such issues as climate change, criminal justice, military affairs, immigration, the normative foundations of particular areas of law, and other issues of public concern.
Prerequisite: Six units of upper-division philosophy, and PHIL 315 (which may be part of the six units).
