NURS 452 - Leadership/Management in Professional Nursing (6)

Leadership/management and change theories in regards to their application in healthcare organizations. Concepts of ethics, quality, safety, power, collaboration, advocacy, and decision making in relationship to the nursing leader role. One or more sections may be offered in any online format.

Prerequisites: senior RN to BSN nursing major.
