POSC 526 - Administration and Systems Management (3)

Prerequisites: basic statistics and POSC 320, POSC 309 or GERO 501 (pre- or corequisite). Management-oriented analysis of organizational behavior. Treatments of decision-making, leadership, communication, group dynamics and ethical aspects of organization. Application of theories of administration and systems management to public and volunteer programs and services for older adults, including residential institutions and community programs. (Same as GERO 526).
