Economics and benefit-cost analysis of public projects. Consumer demand and the estimation of benefits; the nature of cost in a market economy; price controls, unemployment and inflation; and criteria for choice, for multi-year projects. For elective credit in the M.S. Environmental Studies or Master of Public Administration.
