MATH 489A - Applicable Linear Algebra (3)

Prerequisites: linear algebra, advanced calculus and consent of instructor. Topics from linear algebra useful in graduate studies in applied mathematics. Finite and infinite dimensional vector spaces, linear transformations and matrices. Introduction to Hilbert spaces. Projection theorem and some of its applications.
