GEOL 510T - Advanced Topics in Geology (3)

Prerequisite: consent of instructor. Modern techniques and recent advances in geology such as basin analysis, carbonate sedimentology, paleontology, paleolimnology, igneous petrology, tectonics and studies of the Mesozoic Era. May be repeated with different topics for a maximum of 12 units. (2 hours discussion; 3 hours field laboratory; field trips)
