MGMT 542 - Labor and Employment Relations Seminar (3) Traditional labor relations and developing issues in employment relations involving non-union employees; resolving labor and employment disputes. Collective bargaining, bargaining by objectives, dispute resolution methods in interest and rights disputes: arbitration, mediation, fact-finding traditional labor disputes involving salaried and professional employees.
Prerequisites: MGMT 516 , MGMT 518 , MCBE graduate standing and not pre-MBA.
