MGMT 582 - Leading Organizational Change (3)

Develop executive-level capabilities to lead, manage and implement organizational change. Build change leadership skills through exposure to a variety of industries, organizations and decision-making scenarios. One or more sections may be offered in any online format. (MGMT 582 and POSC 582 are the same course.)

Prerequisite: POSC 509 , POSC 526  or MCBE graduate standing and not Economics graduate standing or pre-MBA.
