EGMT 560 - Optimal Decision-Making in Project Management (3)

Fundamentals of management science techniques in engineering project management, including linear, integer, goal programming, multi-objective optimization, simulation, decision analysis, Analytic Hierarchy Process and deterministic dynamic programming. Applications on Critical Path Method, resource management and other areas in engineering management.

Prerequisite: Civil Engineering or Engineering Management graduate standing.
