Interpersonal skills required to lead teams effectively. Topics include self-awareness, managing stress, creative problem-solving, communicating supportively, effective use of power and influence, motivating others, managing conflict, empowering employees, building effective teams, leading positive change.

Prerequisites: MGMT 339, MGMT 340; CBE major, not pre-major; or Communications major; or CBE graduate (not pre-MBA) standing.
