MGMT 464 - Entrepreneurial Leadership (3)

Leadership roles, organizational development and human resource management of new ventures. Determining the policies, procedures and culture needed to facilitate employee productivity and effectiveness. Casework, research and fieldwork with selected local businesses.

Prerequisites: CBE undergraduate student - MGMT 340 ; non-CBE undergraduate student - BUAD 210 ; or CBE graduate (not pre-MBA) standing.

400-level Undergraduate Course available for Graduate Credit
