COMM 435 - Opinion Writing (3)

Techniques of editorial writing and opinion writing, including personal essays, for print, broadcast and Internet. The role of punditry in television news and on TV and radio talks shows, and how this might affect public perceptions of the media. Requires an upper-division writing course.

Prerequisites: ENGL 101 with a C (2.0) or better, junior standing.
